Lyn is in the healthcare field by trade for almost 30 years. From managing critical cases in the hospital to creating staffing budget and payroll in her unit, she was also involved in several committees in patient satisfaction, service recovery and productivity. In short, Lyn is experienced in damage control while maintaining quality service and productivity. She brought this experience into multifamily investing honing her experience in underwriting and market research. Lyn is very conservative in her underwriting. She is a reliant, trusting, and caring advocate for your investment and real estate needs.

Partner
Dennis joined multifamily investing with over 20 years of experience in managing and supervising buildings and grounds in large university campuses. He is well experienced in maintenance, personnel and customer relations, security and safety, and budget and expense performance. He is dedicated to providing quality service and efficient money management. Dennis has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and has been involved in social research (socio-economic topics and project feasibility studies) with various organizations like UNICEF.
